Capital growth is soon going to be a niche in real estate and if you don’t follow some of the megatrends today, you are going to be behind in the future. COVID-19 promoted the most profound social and spatial change in living memory, so we are going to talk about those directions in this episode. In 2022 and beyond, we are not going to be investing in the property market anymore, we will be investing in the livability market.
